If you purchased TERA in the past, your access to TERA will remain the same - you'll have eight character slots, four bank tabs, and an additional mount to go along with your new "Founder" title.


How do I make a free account?
To make a free game account, first create an En Masse account by visiting the TERA account creation page. When you create an account on this page, you will automatically be granted a unlimited free trial(before TERA: Rising launch) or standard (after launch) game account.

If you create an account prior to TERA: Rising's launch on February 5th, you will receive a unlimited free trial account. After the update, your account will become a standard account.

When will TERA be free?
TERA will be free starting on February 5th 2013.

What is Elite Status?
Elite status grants players even more freedom to continue doing the things you love and to do them better.

By subscribing to elite status, you will receive great benefits, such as:

    One flaming halo
    Thirty of each of the 4 NPC summon scrolls
    One hour boosts for each XP, gold and reputation, refreshed daily
    Ten strongbox keys
    One village atlas
    Increased maximum simultaneous listings on the Broker (50)
    Lower taxes for listing and selling items on the broker
    Elite mount
    Double your daily quest limit
    Store discount on selected items throughout the En Masse store


Can I trade the elite items?
Elite items are untradeable and bound to your account. If you run out of elite game time, you will lose those items.


Can I get a refund on elite subscription?
Subscriptions are Non-Refundable. There is also no pro-rating of unused game time.


How can I change my subscription?
    Go to Account.EnMasse.com and click "Login"

    Click "Manage Elite Status"

    You will now see a page displaying all of the great benefits of being an elite subscriber. On this page, please scroll down the page until you see "Game Account". Click the box with the drop down and choose your account. Once that is selected you will be able to press "Edit Elite Status" or "Cancel Elite Status"

    This will take you to the billing page. Please choose your billing option or enter a new one to complete your subscription change.
