1. General Policy
By purchasing or using a gift card from our business, you agree to the following Terms of Use. These terms outline the responsibilities of both the purchaser and the recipient once a gift card has been delivered or shared.
2. Transfer of Responsibility Upon Delivery
Once a gift card code has been purchased and successfully delivered to the intended recipient—whether by email, text message, or any other method— all responsibility for the use, security, and condition of the gift card transfers from the issuing business to the customer and/or recipient .
After the gift card has been gifted or shared, the issuing business is no longer liable for:
- Lost, stolen, or misplaced gift card codes
- Unauthorized use of the code by any third party
- Gift cards redeemed without the purchaser's or recipient's permission
- Any disputes between the purchaser and the recipient
3. Customer Responsibility
Once the gift card code has been provided to another individual, the customer assumes full responsibility for ensuring the recipient receives and uses the code appropriately.
If any issue or concern arises after the code has been shared, including accidental sharing or unauthorized redemption, the customer is responsible for:
- Contacting the intended recipient directly to resolve the matter, and/or
- Reaching out to the publisher or issuer of the gift card for further assistance or dispute resolution
The issuing business cannot mediate or resolve issues once the code is no longer in the purchaser’s possession.
4. No Refunds After Code Delivery
Digital gift card sales are final once the code is delivered or revealed, unless an exception is specifically noted or covered by our guarantee.
Refunds are not available in any of the following situations:
- The code has already been shared with the recipient
- The code has been redeemed, accidentally or otherwise
- The customer changes their mind after delivery
- The customer claims unauthorized use after sharing the code
The customer acknowledges that once a code is delivered or viewed, the value of the card can no longer be secured by the issuing business.

The issuing business is not responsible for the policies or actions of third-party publishers.
