Refund Policy
Product codes are generated from the publisher at the time of purchase and sent only to the purchaser. When you make a purchase on PC Game Supply you can be guaranteed the product code being delivered has only been delivered and seen by you. By utilizing this method of official distribution we can guarantee that we are delivering a redeemable code that the customer can redeem without any issue.
Before completing payment there is a confirmation window displaying the product you are about to purchase. Once the confirmation is completed by you we collect your payment and deliver that product. If you claim you have ordered the wrong product we cannot give you a refund. The reason you cannot be refunded is the delivered product code was generated specifically for you, and now has been seen by you. We cannot take this product code back and re-sell it to another customer as you have already seen the code, we also cannot void an already delivered code.
Once receiving your order there are absolutely no refunds. The delivered product is guaranteed to be exactly as described and in working condition, if your delivered product is not as described or not in working condition, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. In the case that your delivered product is not as described or not in working condition, a full refund will be issued for the full purchase amount.
Refunds for payments made via the Store Balance or eTransfer Wallet are refunded back to the Store Balance or eTransfer Wallet. For further details regarding Store Balance or eTransfer Wallet payments please refer to the Store Balance Policy under 'About Us'.
