Wireless Data Consent policy

PCGAME INC & PC GAME SUPPLY USA INC also known as the "company"

US and Canadian wireless users for the disclosure of wireless information to the "company"

Wireless data is obtained to help our company verify your order and to protect all parties involved from online fraud. When a customer is authenticating a transaction with the company, the company will send an SMS message to the user's phone.

There will be a link in the SMS to complete verification. By clicking the verification link in the SMS message the user is consenting to the company acquiring various details regarding the wireless device.

When completing verification via SMS the user will be presented with the following consent authorizations:

US: "You authorize your wireless carrier to use or disclose information about your account and your wireless device, if available, to PC GAME SUPPLY USA or its service provider for the duration of your business relationship, solely to help them identify you or your wireless device and to prevent fraud. See our Privacy Policy for how to see how we treat your data."

Canada: "You authorize your wireless operator (Telus, Bell, Rogers, or any other branded wireless operator) to disclose your mobile number, name, address, email, network status, customer type, customer file, billing type, mobile device identifiers (IMSI and IMEI) and other subscriber status and device details, if available, to our third-party service provider, PCGAME INC, solely to verify your identity and prevent fraud for the duration of the business relationship."

To opt in the user will proceed with the SMS verification. To opt out the user will decline the verification. To decline verification all the user needs to do is not click on the link in the SMS message. By not clicking the link the user will not be directed to verification, no verification will be completed and no wireless information will be received.
